Participants at the recent “Saving Seed for Vegetable Production” field day were inspired by Peter Coxhead’s enthusiasm and knowledge for seed saving (see the Council Report). The Organic Coalition of Tasmania held a Forum in August, the theme being “converting to organics”. Four speakers were invited to speak on their experiences in converting to certified organic production. Two of those speakers were T.O.P. producers, who have kindly given permission for their talks to be printed in this issue.
